If you require a visit please contact the surgery before 10.00am This helps the doctors to plan their rounds. Visits are usually made to those very ill or housebound.
Where possible please attend surgery. The doctor can see more patients in surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.
When you ring you may be asked for some brief details about the problem. The doctor or nurse may then ring back later to discuss the particular problem.
