Online Triage – Submit a Request Using AccuRx Triage
We use AccuRx Triage to help patients contact the practice quickly and safely online.
Opening Times
Online triage is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm.
Requests submitted after 1:00pm will need to be sent the next working day.
How to Use AccuRx Triage
- Use this link to open AccuRx Triage.
- Fill in the online form with as much detail as possible. This helps us assess your request safely and efficiently.
- Submit the form - You will receive a confirmation once it has been sent.

- Admin query - Fit (sick) note
- Admin query - Routine care appointment
- Admin query - Test results
- Admin query - Referral follow-up
- Admin query - Doctor's letter
- Admin query - Other admin request
- Admin query - Repeat prescription

- A member of our team will review your request.
- We will respond by text message, phone call, or email, depending on what is most appropriate.
- You may be offered:

- A prescription
- A telephone appointment
